Somatic opening practice

Grounding embodied movement and breath to arrive in your body before we begin. Slowing everything down. Noticing what's actually here.

Reflexology treatment

Precise reflex work targeted to your endocrine system, reproductive organs, adrenals and nervous system — adapted to your season, symptome, your hormonal picture, and what your body is most asking for right now.

Vagal nerve activation

Woven through the session to deepen parasympathetic activation and support the body-brain safety your system is waiting for.
